Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of computer hardware and software issues. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about technology and eager to learn and grow in a supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues for Apple, Dell, Microsoft Surface, Acer and Lenovo devices.
• Produce detailed documentation on all actions taken regarding each device
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively regarding repair needs and the status of devices.
• Assist with the setup and configuration of new devices.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and repair techniques.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree in a related field is a plus.
• Certification in Apple, Dell, Microsoft Surface, and Lenovo, or the ability to attain these certifications within the first 60 days of employment.
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair methods.
